Returns & Exchanges
At Barefoot Lane, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you would like to return your purchase, the following return policy applies:
- Items purchased online and shipped can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased in-store can be returned for a in-store credit.
- We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through Barefoot-Lane.com. Merchandise purchased at our retail store can only be returned or exchanged at the retail store.
- Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will refund your credit card account once the returned item is received at our warehouse. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please track your orders online with Federal Express. Please notify us immediately at shopus@Barefoot-Lane.com if items appear to be damaged or lost in transit. Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, Barefoot Lane reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Follow These Steps To Make A Return:
- Return items must be unworn, with the original tags attached.
- Insert a copy of the original receipt.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
